The 27 th Memorial Pagoda is called the 27 th strike Memorial pagoda of Zhengzhou. It was built to commemorate the 27 th strike on February 7, 1923. It is located in the 27 th Plaza of Zhengzhou City. It was built in 1971. The reinforced concrete structure is a unique ancient-like Twin Tower of Chinese architecture. It is a memorial building built to commemorate the strike of Beijing-Han Railway Workers. In 2006, it was listed as the national key cultural relics protection unit, and the youngest national key cultural relics protection unit in China (now the 27th Memorial Tower was built in 1971, 45 years ago).
