Phoenix Mountain, formerly known as Chungang, is located in the old town of Licheng. Legend has it that one day in the seventh year of Xining in the Northern Song Dynasty, a pair of Phoenixes circled over Chunggang and then inhabited the forest on the hill, leaving half a day later. People think this is a good omen, so they renamed Chunggang Fenghuangshan and built the Phoenix Pavilion as a record. There are also unearthed cultural relics such as the inscription stone of Cui, the right Prime Minister of the Southern Song Dynasty, and the ancient artillery of the Qing Dynasty. Fengtai Range Tour includes: He Xiangujing, Longevity Temple, Phoenix Pavilion, Museum, Youth Palace, TV University and other attractions, which are very worth visiting.
