Fremantle Prison Review

Easily one of my favourite tourist attractions in Perth, and I love how they have developed multiple different tours which are all unique and interesting - my favourite is the underground one through the tunnels but even just your standard walk through the prison is fascinating.

I went to the Freemantle Prison on Hallowe'en. The staff were great, they were dressed up in costume. There was a lot of information about the prison and what Perth was like when it was a "convict colony". They even got me during the tour with some of their scare tactics (because it was Hallowe'en). I highly recommend going to see this place for history buffs and for people who just want to check out a jail.

As a teenage girl I wasn't really keen to go in a tour of an old prison but as soon as our tour guide started to tell us about the history of Freemantle Prison i loved it and plan to go back there next time i'm in Ozzy

i hear freemantle prison is very nice this time of year . . .

Had a great time, did the torchlight tour and the waterways tour both completely different but both very good
