Gaya Street is crowded with people, and there are many shopping places in Sabah. Several shopping malls are also near Gaya Street. My favorite teahouse is Niuzamian and Youji Meat-bone Tea. This Meat-bone Tea opens at 4 p.m. every day. I arrive at 3:30 and sit at the gate until 4 p.m.

This sunday market is at Gaya street. Every sunday is open start 5am or 6 am morning. The popular item inside this sunday market is local soviniour and local food. Must go visit if travel around kota kinabalu.

Gaya Street, adjacent to Kota Kinabalu's Central Station, features a Chinese-style entrance, lined with authentic restaurants and shops offering a taste of China. The lively weekend market offers affordable goods and local flavors.

One of the most lively neighborhoods in the center of Sabah, with a long history, many old-fashioned streets, there is a market on Sunday, very lively.
