Geelong Gallery Review

we rushed to the art gallery, only 1 minute late la, that staff still let us in, but we smiled to thank, try other day, by the way, outside also beautiful, still artist mood, enjoy it

This is a better gallery around, the space is filled with light because of the good use of natural light (see picture). The permanent exhibition includes some Australian classics and the Archibald exhibition brings some new classical impressions. We weren't busy at all when we went on the weekends, and we spent about 2 hours hanging out between exhibits.

The Geelong Art Museum is located in the heart of Geelong and has a history of more than 150 years. It is a rich collection of paintings from colonial times and displays a large number of paintings, sculptures and antique silver, pottery and porcelain works by Australian and European artists. Among the famous works are Austrian painter von Gaillard's "Geelong Landscape" and Australian painter McCabin's "Jungle Funeral". The Geelong Art Museum presents a variety of themed exhibitions every year.

There are very few people, the staff is very nice, and those who carry the bag will ask for free storage. I like this way of less leisurely people. There are building drawing crayons, and children can doodle.
