Located in downtown, only the third floor can be visited. The first floor is a gift souvenir. It took about an hour to shop around and about 7 minutes to drive to another art museum. This is about some immigration history of Tatars who immigrated to the United States in the early years and Germany. Some cultures, if interested, are worth a visit, the price is $5.
