Guangzhou Uprising Martyrs Cemetery Review

The Guangzhou Uprising Martyrs Cemetery is located on Zhongshan 2nd Road, Guangzhou, formerly known as Honghuagang, where Kuomintang reactionaries shot dead the revolutionary masses. The cemetery covers an area of 260,000 square meters, divided into two parts of the Ling District and the park. The 16th year of the Republic of China (1927) on December 11, under the leadership of Communists Zhang Tailei, Su Zhaozheng, Ye Ting, Ye Jianying, Peng Yu, Zhou Wenxuan, Yuan Rongxuan, Xu Qian and others, the Guangzhou Uprising was held. In 1954, the Guangzhou Municipal People's Government built a martyr's cemetery with ethnic characteristics in the place where the martyrs were heroic and righteous, and officially opened in 1957.

Panyu Xuegong, 42 Zhongshan 4th Road, Yuexiu District, Guangzhou, was once a high school in the Qing Dynasty. The environment is elegant, antique and lush. From May to September 1926, the Sixth Peasant Movement Workshop, held here by Mao Zedong as Director, made important contributions to the Party's training of the backbone of the peasant movement and the promotion of revolutionary development.

I have been there many times when I was a child, and then I will take a serious look at the main four martyrs' tombs of the cemetery. It is easy to get to the martyrs' cemetery station by subway. The museum inside needs to be updated, but it is a pity that it cannot be visited

The Guangzhou Uprising Martyrs Cemetery, located at No. 92 Zhongshan 2nd Road, Yuexiu District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, covers an area of 180,000 square meters. It is a memorial park built in 1954 after liberation to commemorate the martyrs who died in the Guangzhou Uprising led by the Communist Party of China on December 11, 1927. To the east of the cemetery, there is an octagonal lake heart pavilion, on which is hung the "blood sacrifice" plaque of Dong Biwu's title book. This is a memorial pavilion built to commemorate Chen Tiejun and Zhou Wenxuan, two martyrs who were captured after the Guangzhou uprising, and married on the criminal court.

Guangzhou Modern History Museum, also known as Guangdong Revolutionary History Museum, is located in the old place of the Guangdong Advisory Bureau in the Cemetery of the Martyrs of the Uprising in Guangzhou. It introduces the past century of Guangzhou in the magnificent historical process and has endured the impact of the Opium War. Also accepted the baptism of the 1911 revolution. Now, Guangzhou City is still fresh and full of blood.
