Occasionally, Chaozhou Guild Hall passes by, but there are also descendants of Chaozhou people here. A special Guild Hall has been built, which shows the development process of the ancestors of Chaozhou who came here and took root, thus preserving the architecture with Chinese architectural characteristics.

In Penang, there are a lot of Chinese. It is these hard-working and capable Chinese groups that make Penang develop rapidly. Most of the Chinese who came to Malaysia earlier are from Chaozhou, so there are Chaozhou Guildhalls in many places here.
