Hangzhou Bay Cross-sea Bridge is a cross-sea bridge connecting Jiaxing City and Ningbo City, located above the sea of Hangzhou Bay, is one of the components of the Bohaikou Expressway in Shenyang, and an important component of the urban expressway in northeast Zhejiang Province. Hangzhou Bay Cross-sea Bridge was laid on June 8, 2003; Helong project was completed on June 26, 2007, and the whole line was opened to traffic on May 1, 2008. Hangzhou Bay Cross-sea Bridge was opened to the north from Pinghu in Jiaxing City, to the sea area of Hangzhou Bay, and to the south to the Shanghai East hub in Ningbo City. The line is 36 kilometers long, the bridge is35.7 kilometers long, the bridge is a two-way six-lane expressway, and the design speed is 100 kilometers/hour.
