Hongtou Ship Park is located on Pengling Road, Chenghai District, Shantou City, on the north bank of the Waisha River, close to the end of the Waisha Bridge. This is a small park, mainly a giant red-headed boat sculpture, made by the famous sculptor Tang Daqi. The captain is 50 meters wide, 20 meters wide, 13 meters high in the bow and 28 meters high in the mast. The outside of the bow reads "sea does not wave" and the inside of the bow reads "good wind". When Chenghai District or Chenghai City, the city government decided to build a "red-headed boat" sculpture as a city symbol, promoting the cultural scene of "red-headed boat", so that the tides at home and abroad are closely linked. After all, in the past, tide people in order to avoid war and famine, take the "red-headed boat" to cross the sea, experience all kinds of sour and bitter in a strange country, they are hardworking, insisting, pioneering, innovative, and tenaciously fighting in a foreign country, and finally create a piece of their own world. When the tide people in a foreign country returned to their hometown to visit relatives, they saw the "red-headed boat", and recalled the scene of the red-headed boat floating across the sea. Now the Red Head Boat Park is also a place for citizens to relax and entertain. There are more than 100 plants planted in the park, so the park is more complete. I am the Red Head Boat Park in the rain today, which has a special flavor.
