The Ihlara Canyon (also known as The Ihlara Valley, "used to be named" Peristrema) is 120 kilometers northwest of Graeme. It is not a famous attraction. After 360 steep steps into the canyon, you can follow the Melendiz Suyu stream to go forward. If it is midsummer, the valley is full of grass and trees, the sound of birds is gentle, and there are many churches along the way to visit, there is no rush to hike.

The Erhera Canyon is a hard-to-find oasis on the Greime volcanic ash plain. Steep cliffs, clear streams, and abundant green vegetation are no exceptions to the scenery. But there are countless cave churches on the cliffs of the canyon, which will never be found in China. However, due to various historical reasons, it is a pity that the exquisite frescoes on the church have been destroyed.
