Love this place. Rent a hanbok, get nicely dressed up, and go take some pictures! Loads of good food around the area. Came on a one day trip from Seoul in May 2019. The journey was long but it was a good trip. Wish i could have stayed longer.

Korean countryside is unmatched, without a doubt the most gorgeous place I've ever visited. I encourage everyone to make the trek down.

Jeonju has the largest hanok village in South Korea. The village had over 700 houses during the Joseon Dynasty. I also enjoyed seeing Gyeonggijeon Palace and the outdoor museum. The best part is getting a panoramic view of the entire traditional village from Omokdae, a memorial pavilion on a hill.

I have always wanted to visit Jeonju Hanok Village. And yasss I had a chance to stay a night there last May and it was sooo nice no words can describe. Love the Hanok(s)! And I even saw Na Hee Do’s house in 2521 (iykyk). Didn’t know it was located near Jeonju Hanok Village. As a fan of 2521, I was extremely lucky 😅

A traditional folk village in Jeonju, very well maintained and organized with many unique stalls around.
