Jinmao Tower, also known as Jinmao Tower, was completed in 1999 and used to be the tallest building in mainland China. It is located in Lujiazui Financial and Trade Zone near Huangpu River, Pudong New Area, Shanghai. It is 420.5 meters high and the third tallest skyscraper in Shanghai (up to 2015). Jinmao Building has a maximum of 15600 visitors per day. [1] Jinmao Tower is adjacent to the landmark building in Shanghai, the Oriental Pearl Tower, the Shanghai world financial center and Shanghai Center Tower. It is one of the most famous tourist attractions and landmarks in Shanghai, opposite to the Bund, Puxi.
