Kang-Youwei Former Residence Review

Early in the morning of May 1, 2019-05-01, I accompanied my relatives to visit relatives in Danzao Town. After they visited relatives, I would go to Kang Youwei's former residence and have a look. We entered through the small gate. The plaque on the door was written by Kang Youwei "Datong". After entering, there was a "Kang Youwei Memorial" on the right side. However, the staff told us that the museum was closed and that the exhibits had been moved to the "Kang Youwei Museum" in front. We went ahead and turned into the lane and came to Kang Youwei's former residence, a Lingnan-style house with three galleries, which reproduced the decorations of the year. On the right wall of the main hall, there were pictures of Kang Youwei's parents. After seeing Kang Youwei's former residence, we went to the museum. What a large green area, there is also a large Bust Statue of Kang Youwei, the sculpture is called "Giant's shoulder". See here is a courtyard written "Kangyuan" is an ancient small courtyard. Later, it was discovered that "Kangyuan" was originally the general name of the whole park. Many materials in the museum introduce Kang Youwei's life and history story. It's a big museum. Listen to the villagers nearby, this area is recently requisitioned and newly built. I also saw the introduction in front of the door. The first, second and third phases of Kangyuan construction plan here are still under construction. If we come back later, we should see more perfect scenic spots.
