Krafla Review

Krafra is a super-giant volcano formed crater, formed due to the loss of underground lava support at the top of the volcanic cone collapse. The area visited is actually the interior of the crater, which makes people feel more like flat ground, passing a sulphurous landscape along the way, and the smell of rotten eggs in the air.

Broke the cold wind on the Krafla (Krafra) crater, one step at a time! Feeling that the legs are a thousand pounds! The scenery along the way is also super charming! The geothermal heat along the way is like a steam pot, the sulfur smell is very strong! Strong smell of stinky eggs

Krafra volcano is Iceland is a temporarily dormant volcano in Iceland. The last eruption was in 1984. It was very barren and basically yellow. The crater had a blue volcanic lake. It was very beautiful. It was also Iceland's famous geothermal power plant. Geothermal resources are very rich.

This spectacular picture is the first time I have seen it, the ground is hot and the surrounding is barren. I feel the power of nature.

Today the crater is completely dry without a lake. There is only one desolate pit left. But it does not affect the scenery.
