Erlangshan Horn River Scenic Area is located at the foot of Erlangshan Mountain in Tianquan County, Ya'an City, Sichuan Province. It is a typical mountainous tourist area in China, with Kangding in the west, Luding in the north and Baoxing in the East and 180 kilometers to Chengdu in the east. On April 20, as the first group of foreign visitors, the journalist came to this scenic spot isolated from the world by two large earthquakes and rebuilt after eight years to appreciate the unique charm of this "natural gene bank of rare wild animals and plants". It is reported that Erlangshan Horn River Scenic Area is a self-protected Nature Reserve in Sichuan Province. It has more than 1500 species of vascular plants belonging to 380 genera and 68 families, and 206 species of vertebrates. Among them, it belongs to the first and second class protected animals of the country, including pandas, antelopes, golden monkeys, leopards, green-tailed red pheasants, red-bellied pheasants, small pandas, water deer, musk deer, short-tailed monkeys, rhesus monkeys, mandarin ducks and so on; it belongs to 18 species of rare trees protected by the state, such as Davidia involucrata, Aquamarine cypress, Nanmu, gingko, etc. In addition to returning to simplicity and viewing rare wildlife, the scenic spot has also created new scenic spots such as "Wanli Yunhai", "Wanzhang Jinshan", "Wanmu Rhododendron".
