Lygon Street Review

Come to this Italian street for dinner, the whole street is also an Italian restaurant, so just consider which one to choose, not what to eat. I come at dusk on weekdays, and there are already many people, Friday or Saturday can be crowded here, so if you want to eat, weekdays will be better.

Every time I go to Melbourne, I go to Legon once. The place is much quieter now than it was a few years ago. I noticed that there are far fewer places open than before and there are lots of places waiting for rent. Few shops are crowded. The ice cream places are mostly empty. Not as festive as in previous years. I would love to see this place lively again.

Location near city, many Italian restaurant choices

The famous Italian neighborhood in the area, the whole street is dominated by restaurants, shops are generally not large, most of which operate Italian flavor. Local people like to eat outdoors. Usually there are no seats outside before they eat indoors. So there are tables on both sides of the road. I chose a restaurant with the theme of Formula 1 racing car. It is said that Schumacher has been here before. It tastes good, it is well-behaved and doesn't feel bad. The price is acceptable.
