La Maison des Tanneurs is a popular tattoo and piercing salon in Paris located between Chatelet and Les Halles Métro stations. The interior is decorated with animal skulls, jars, pinned insects and vintage books, but it is surprisingly cozy with soft leather chairs to sit in while you wait to go downstairs and beautiful original tattoo art, framed and displayed all over the walls. The guys here are very talented and the salon is very clean and professional.

It feels like this is where people who know how to enjoy themselves should go.
