Tunis City is the capital of Tunisia and the country of the same name, is the largest port in Turkic countries. The buildings of the metropolis, which combine the old city with the new city of Europeanization, are mostly milky white, hidden in the shade of date palms, palms and olive trees, like white lotus floating on the Mediterranean. The Bourguiba Avenue in the heart of the new city, in the middle of the Republic Square in the heart of the street, stands a bronze statue of former President Bourguiba on horseback.
