The Mohatta Palace is located in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. It was built by Shivratan Chandraratan Mohatta, a Hindu businessman from the Marwar region, Rajastan (India) as his summer home in 1927. It has an area of 18,500 sq ft. The architect of the palace was Agha Ahmed Hussain. However, Mohatta could enjoy this building for only about two decades before independence, after which he left Karachi for India. He built the Palace in the tradition of stone palaces in Rajasthan, using pink Jodhpur stone in combination with the local yellow stone from Gizri. After Mohatta's departure to India, the Government of Pakistan acquired the building to house the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1947. Fatima Jinnah, the sister of the Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, moved into it in 1964.

It is a typical modern/contemporary art museum with a large, row of rooms open to four square paintings and several sculptures. The artwork here is ultimately of a disappointing overall quality. At least the project seems to be a poor imitation of modern European artists - Milo, Picasso, Dali, etc. Many look like art classes directly taken out. On the other hand, the fourth quarter, when most of the exhibition road is almost over, is great. Breakfast has fresh, absolutely Moroccan independent coloured engineering, form, and here celebrates what is apple-shaped beautiful and unique about Morocco and its people. Lara Essaydi's work, especially, is truly beautiful. We sat for 20 minutes with a photo of a trinity. Very worth a visit.

Although this museum is not large in scale, it is quite good and there are many surprises to find
