The Mona Bismarck Center of America is located in a private mansion with gorgeous and delicate decoration. There are exhibits on the main building and on the first floor, changing from time to time. There is also a cafe for food and dessert. It is located in the square opposite the Eiffel Tower and exhibits French fashionable dresses.
