White buildings are common in urban Rome, but this one is really very special. Bronze exhibits and war horse statues tell the history of war under the arcade. And take the elevator to the platform above, and plant ornaments (supposedly meaningful pine trees), and then you can see the magnificent scenery of the beautiful capital.
