A great place all around. The building, the art, the people all make this a must see contemporary art museum. During my visit, there were hoards of young school children, which was bizarre given almost all the content in the museum was not children appropriate.

A Helsinki landmark, Kiasma is a creative contemporary art museum filled with hours worth of exhibits, films and interactive workshops. It's definitely worth a visit on any Helsinki trip, especially being a short walk from the center of the city.

It's modern art. So be prepared for what you're stepping into. Features lots of Finnish artists. Free with the Helsinki card, so why not check it out. Wed-Fri it's open late. Free on the first Friday of the month.
