Located just inside the Zoo and Botanical Gardens, this museum features artefacts from Vietnamese culture over the years, starting from 2000BC. There are valuable pieces from Cambodia’s Angkor Wat and a mummy of a woman who died nearly a hundred and fifty years ago and was dug up in District 5. The museum is large – more than 2,000sqm – so it should keep you occupied for a while. All the displays are explained in English, Vietnamese and French. It costs 15,000 dong to enter.
