National Museum of Ethiopia Review

Ethiopia is also an African highland country, a country with a long history and a reputation for the place of human origin, where Americans dug up the ancestors of human origin, so it is called Lucy. There is a skeleton at the History Museum in Ethiopia's capital Addis Ababa, the skeleton fossil of the famous Lucy, the oldest human being not tall enough to walk upright.

I didn't expect that when I arrived in the plateau country of Ethiopia, I found that people here are fond of coffee. I have been in Sudan for a few days, and I often see Sudanese people on the street, wearing white robes and drinking coffee under the hot sun, drinking for half a day, just like the British half a day drinking half a glass of red wine... When I arrived in Ethiopia, I made my own coffee and the equipment was rudimentary. But it tastes great.

The National Museum of Ethiopia is a stone-based material. The second floor displays materials of natural science, anthropology and archaeology, and also displays art works. The third floor is ethnology. There are also copies of the original fossils of the upright walk 3.5 million years ago found in Hadaru. Ethiopia has a long history, and locals are said to believe that the Old Testament and Solomon have a son of the queen of Hebba, whose country is today's Ethiopia. The ancient country of Aksum in the first century left many monuments. In modern African history, Ethiopia was the only country not completely colonized, and its king, Monilique II, had a crushing defeat invading Italian forces in the late 19th century, forcing Italy to recognize Ethiopia’s independence. The National Museum is a four-story building with simple furnishings and limited exhibits. There are some pottery in ancient history, several stone statues, and a small amount of bronze (but only one dog hunting deer oil lamp is considered beautiful, and the rest are relatively simple), a few stone monuments engraved with strange texts. There are also more than ten Aksum period gold and silver coins.

This is a museum worth visiting because it has the skulls and skeletons of our common ancestors. Although these skeletons are from the United States, even if they are found, they are very good.

The artifacts are dazzling, and the ancestors of East Africa are remarkable.
