The glass curtain wall and steel structure building, covering an area of 10,000 square meters, was designed by Finnish architect Pekka Helin, which was officially opened in 1997 and served as the company's headquarters. It is located between the busy road between Helsinki, the capital of Finland, and Espoo, the second largest city in Finland and the headquarters of Nokia. Since it is located on the Baltic shore, you can see the beautiful sea from the inside of the building. At the end of 2012, Nokia sold the building for €1.1 billion and then rented it back for continued use.
