Old Town Aquarium Review

It is a small retro aquarium, originally made over fifty years ago with useful information about the marine life of the Mediterranean. It is located in the city center, next to the beautiful beach and has easy access. You will not need much time to visit it and the ticket is cheap. This is not a fantastic modern aquarium like others with exhibits from all over the world. It is a municipal aquarium and a remarkable effort is made with meager economic data. Polite and welcoming staff. After the visit enjoy a nice cool dive in the sea that is right in front....!

The aquarium looks very interesting from the outside, and there are not too many people entering it, there are many kinds of small animals. There are many kinds of small fish in a variety of states, and the small fish in various colors are very beautiful. It was also quite big to stroll around for a while. Very nice place.

Built by Italians in the 1930s, it is shaped like a ship, featuring curved curves, round windows like ship's portholes, and different floors. It was originally an aquatic biology institute, changed to an aquarium in 1963, and a research unit of the Greek Ocean Research Center. The basement is designed as an underwater cave, with various oceans unique to the Aegean and Eastern Mediterranean on display in glass boxes of various sizes. There are seagulls, salmon, turtles, golden head fins, real fins (common seagulls), trigger fish, salmon, gorgeous dragon squid, octopus, coral, anemones. A unique fish, the Radi Red Slope, is seen in the aquarium, a small fish unique to the rivers and lakes of Rhodes.
