One International Finance Centre Review

The international financial center we often go to refers to the 2-4 phase. The first phase of the international financial center belongs to the office building, which is rented by large financial institutions. There are 18 elevators. The entrance is marked with the obvious sign that "the first phase of the international financial center has no public sightseeing floors and shops".

I used to stay at this skyscraper/mall hotel. I also used to come here often to buy handbags, watches and mobile phones (there is Hong Kong's first flagship American mobile phone store). It has a wide range of luxury and premium food/consumer goods. But after a while I got tired of this place. First, from a customer's perspective, it has expensive luxury. But you can't find the best fish egg powder, wonton noodles or burdock noodles here. Next, from a design perspective. Of course, it is one of the top ten tallest buildings in China. But it has no architectural design features. In fact, the company that designed the building has designed better structures, such as the National Oil Company building in Malaysia. It is also not as good as the little cucumber building in London, the elephant building in Bangkok, the Longyong hotel in Pyongyang. Finally, there is nothing else to do inside the building - to not work in the office, to spend a lot of money shopping or to watch a movie at a movie theater at a pricey fare. Well, it doesn’t have a village shopping center like Doha with recreational facilities like the Venice Canal, or a waterfall and tropical jungle in Singapore’s Jewelry Shopping Building.

The International Finance Centre is already one of the landmarks of Hong Kong. It is connected to Hong Kong Station. It is a terminal whether by the Airport Express or the Tung Chung subway. A variety of goods are sold in the mall, and it is even more lively during holidays.
