Perth is the capital of Western Australia and the fourth largest city in Australia. Located in the Mediterranean climate area on the west coast of Australia, the temperate climate and the unique scenery along the Swan River. Because of its geographical location, Perth and China have no jet lag. Perth is divided into two parts by a swan river. St. George's Avenue on the North Bank of Hebei is the city's financial, commercial and government centers, known as the office street. Haiy Pedestrian Street, north of St. George's Avenue, is Perth's business center. Perth is also the gathering place of black swans, known as "Black Swan City".
