Great experience! First they told us how Inca civilization was nurtured using the position of the sun. Then they showed us some Inca understanding of the Milky Way and Constellations. Finally took us outside to look at the stars with a telescope. Staff are friendly and can answer any questions you ask. One of the questions is that the names of the stars are all in English, some of which are somewhat strange to me as I am Chinese and only know Chinese names. Maybe next time you can add some Chinese names to the PPT.

Passing here during the day, tourists are not big. The planetarium is not big, and there are many different attractions around to visit together. It is recommended for those who like astronomy.

We had to visit when we discovered that Cusco had a planetarium, which is run by a family (our guide is one of the brothers) and they had a lot of information about Inca culture. Our favorite part is sitting inside the dome and listening to the explanations about the stars and constellations. Unfortunately the night we went was cloudy and we didn’t see any stars through the telescope, but we still had a very pleasant time and would recommend everyone to visit. You’ll meet the staff in a square in Cusco, then take the bus to the planetarium and finally get back to town again, which is really helpful.

The astronomical calendar of the Inca civilization is also very high.
