Ponte degli Scalzi is one of the four bridges that crosses the Venice's Grand Canal. It connects the Santa Croce and Cannaregio sestieri, providing visitors with easier access to the Ferrovia railway station located in Cannaregio. Scalzi is not as architecturally unique as Rialto, nor does it have the splendor of Accademia's view, but it does provide quick access to two incredible sections of Venice.
