The Royal Palace of Brussels is the official palace of the Belgian royal family in the heart of Brussels, but now members of the Belgian royal family do not actually live here, but live in the Laken Royal Castle on the outskirts of Brussels. The palace was built in the Middle Ages, but the current architecture dates back to the late 18th century. The current exterior of the building is built after 1900.
