大楼威严矗立，不怒自威，透露出皇家风范。除此而外，一切都显得平易近人。门前广场内绿茵遍地，中间是宽阔的双向十车道马路，对面就是皇家公园了。

皇家广场是比利时布鲁塞尔的一个非常重要的商业中心，广场四周扩散的街道，都是人气非常高的商业街，其中从尿童小于连到布鲁塞尔大广场的一段人流最为密集，沿途大部分商铺是巧克力店，还有纪念品店，可以看到很多造型非常精美的巧克力制品，另外甜点也是不错的，在这里可以满足对比利时巧克力的一切想象，还有国内常见的品牌，在这里也是可以见到的。

皇家广场，是布鲁塞尔中心地带，这里的巴洛克风格的确充满皇家气派，在大广场经常会举办各类活动，这次刚好遇到比利时独立日庆祝活动，规模非常盛大，活动人员穿上比利时的特色服装，还有中世纪装扮的人物，吹奏乐器巡游，派送面包等，整个巡游活动很热闹，可以参与其中感受比利时人的热情。

看到皇家广场才感觉布鲁塞尔毕竟是比利时的首都，总算是看到了些好看的建筑了。周边有很多博物馆，由于时间有限我都没有进去看。这里的位置很高，感觉是建在山丘上的建筑，从这里可以俯瞰布鲁塞尔整个城市。比利时皇宫和布鲁塞尔公园等有名的景点都在附近。

楼下一大堆瞎写的，把皇家广场和大广场混为一谈的。皇家广场原来建在山坡上，现在下面就是艺术山。从地理位置上讲这是一个军事制高点。古代这里还有城堡的。现在广场中央有十字军东征领袖的铜像。广场上有很多有轨电车的线，这景怎么拍都很难避免那些有轨电车线，看着有点杂乱。
