Russell Square Review

In fact, it is a park, very close to the British Museum. When I went to London last year, I chose a hotel near Russell Square. The transportation is convenient. The subway station is on the side. The day we arrived, it happened to be the World Cup. Many people watched the big screen TV in the square. It was very good.

A large garden close to the British Museum in its northeast corner. Lined with trees and flowers. People like to linger here. This square garden started in 1800 and is related to Russell, the fifth generation of the Duke of Bedford. Today, his statue is still preserved in the garden. You can see the original design of the garden.

The Grand Square, many groups gather here, a group of turf, is a topic, an event, an afternoon. The British Museum is very close here, from the subway station, on the only way to the British Museum.

The history of Russell Square can be seen from the trees that the neat houses on the roadside are the administrative office buildings of the school, just in time for the British children to leave school. Seeing children walking by the square, I can't help feeling that Russell Square has always been like this.
