It is worth spending a rainy day at the open air museum at the beginning of the year at the invitation of a friend to Grosse Gmeier, who recommended us to see the local Salzburg Open Air Museum (Salzburger Freilichtmuseum). There are delicious roasted apples and local specialty Bart mother dumplings, a wood fire from the farmhouse kitchen, and a beautiful and plump Austrian rural girl. When night falls, you will see another moving scenery on the country road: hundreds of small lanterns stand on the side of the road, touching the organizer's meticulous. There is also a cafe in the hotel we stayed in. It is recommended that friends who come to play have a cup of local coffee. The taste is still very unique. The protection of the complex here is good, although we came to visit under the light rain, but we all feel that the value for money is excellent, not worse than the clear sky haha. Take a slow train to the top of the museum and you will see many old houses along the way, looking forward to the next one. But by the time the 6th and 7th, because the complex starts to become similar, it will be a bit aesthetic fatigue.
