Notre Dame Cathedral, also known as Notre Dame Cathedral of Flowers and Florence Cathedral, is one of the five major churches in the world. Notre Dame Cathedral is best known for its imitation of the dome of the Roman Pantheon, which can be called the dome of myth. The church is 91 meters high and the huge dome is 45 meters in diameter. It is the work of the genius architect Brunellesky. The church is located in the central city of Florence, Italy. The church complex is composed of cathedrals, bell towers and baptism halls. In 1982, it was listed as a part of Florence's historical center as a world cultural heritage site.
