Seine River Review

Paris originated from the Seine River. The main buildings of the city are mostly located along the Seine River. Therefore, it can also be said that the Seine River is the lifeline of Paris. The Seine River is a river flowing through northern France. It originates in the Longore Plateau, 471 meters above sea level in the east. The water flows zigzagging westward through the Paris Basin and into the English Channel near Le Havre. It is 776 kilometers long and has a basin area of 78,000 square kilometers. The river has 540 kilometers to navigate, and its freight volume ranks first in the country. The coastal area is the economic center of France, with canals connecting the Rhine and Loire rivers. The Seine River flows from east to West in Paris, forming an arc of about 13 kilometers in length. It has beautiful scenery on both sides of the Taiwan Strait and numerous buildings, some of which have gone through hundreds of years of ups and downs, and some of which are masterpieces of modern technology. They fully reflect the different architectural arts and styles of Paris from ancient times to modern times. Scenic spots and historic sites are also densely distributed along the river. Visiting the Seine River in the daytime, the scenery is picturesque, and the buildings on the bank are clearly colored. The Louvre, the Museum of Olympics, Notre Dame de Paris, the Eiffel Tower and other places of interest pass by one by one. Bridges with their own characteristics are also pouring in one after another, making people unable to catch sight of them. Night trips to the Seine River have a different flavor. The lights on the shore are shining and picturesque, and the river is clear and graceful. Landscapes on both sides of the Straits are clearly outlined by lights. According to the regulations of the Paris Municipal Government, 155 memorial places in the city have lights at night, many of which are concentrated on both sides of the Seine River. Especially yachts are equipped with strong spotlights, a bunch of white light radiation, both sides of the scenery illuminated, not only the shape of the building is clearly visible, even the above decoration and sculpture in the eyes of visitors will not be overlooked.
