The Shangli East connects the famous mountains, the Yongshan, the Lushan and Ya'an to the west. It is located at the intersection of the four counties. It is an important station of the Southern Silk Road. The so-called Southern Silk Road is the oldest international passage in China. It has appeared in the West Han Dynasty more than 2,000 years ago.
