Oakland's sheep tour allows travelers to experience real sheep farms and pure New Zealand customs. Founded in 1922, the farm allows travelers to feed and really touch pet sheep, lambs and other animals at zero distances, as well as visit sheep shearing shed built in 1930. But if you want to experience the real New Zealand lifestyle, you'd better have afternoon tea at the historic homestead on the farm. The trip also includes lunch, wine or honey tasting, visits to cormorants'habitats and tree planting activities.
