The construction area is 10,000 square meters, and it is the largest book city in the country.

Shenzhen Library, located on Fuzhong 1st Road, Futian District, Shenzhen (close to the Civic Center subway station), with a total construction area of nearly 50,000 square meters, is a large modern public library with mass, digital and research-oriented investment by the Shenzhen Municipal Government. It is an important city business card and symbol of "Culture Shenzhen", and was rated as a national-level library in 2018.

Building with interesting glass facade. Open till late in the evening (some parts for 24 hours). There is a small exhibition about recent history of Guangdong immigrants sending letters home (in Chinese only).

The place where Wenqing must go, the buildings are very beautiful, and there are many books in the museum, you can sit low and slowly! It is definitely a good place to kill time.
