Sichuan Dafengtang Painting & Calligraphy Academy Review

Dafengtang Painting and Calligraphy Academy is a place to collect and display Zhang Daqian's paintings. There are early paintings of Zhang Daqian, paintings in Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes, and paintings after returning to Sichuan. I feel that after he went to Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes, the painting style matured a lot.

Dafengtang is in the Sichuan Museum, and the exhibition is all Zhang Daqian's works. It is said that Zhang Daqian's eldest wife donated it. The murals of Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes inside are very valuable. At the entrance of the exhibition hall, a documentary is played in a loop, you can go and see.
