You need at least more than half a day to spend in Zoo when you are visiting with children or elderly: I will suggest you visit in separate day for River Safari and Night Zoo:

Wonderful place. A must visit place with family. Book a tram ride if you have an elderly person.

I’ve been to dozens of zoos around the world, and to be honest, it now takes a lot to impress me. It’s fairly rare for me to carve precious time out of my itinerary to visit a zoo, but I made an exception this time.
