Stephen Cathedral is one of the most famous Gothic churches in the world. Stephen's Cathedral is the symbol of Vienna, known as the heart of Vienna. The roof of the church is covered with diamond-shaped colored glazed tiles, which is very eye-catching. The church tower is 136.7m high, second only to the Cologne church and the Ulm church, ranking third in the world. The church was built in the twelfth century of the Gregorian calendar. The earliest part of the building is the present gate and the door walls on both sides. It is Roman style. After the Habus dynasty ruled Austria, the church was rebuilt and two towers were built. In the last days of World War II, a fire devastated the cathedral, which was not reopened until 1948. A Cathedral in a busy city is a must for tourists. The exterior and interior are gorgeous.
