The State Room contains the Governor's living room on the first floor of the castle and some guest rooms on the second floor. The rooms on the first floor have preserved Renaissance wooden roofs, and the stone gates were rebuilt during the interwar period. The eastern and northern wing of the second floor served as guest rooms, with the original roof destroyed by two fires during the occupation of Austria in 1702 and early 19th century, and a large number of fine decorations were kept in three rooms south of the stairs.
