Blue Mosque, located in Istanbul, is the only mosque in the world with six tall towers. It is also the landmark of Istanbul. Its main body is blue, which is composed of more than 20,000 blue tiles. In the interior of the dome, the chandeliers are extremely luxurious. The sunlight shines through the colored glass of 260 small windows, and the golden blue is brilliant and dazzling. To get into the queue, you have to take off your shoes and cover your head. No flash is allowed for photography.

A mesmerising Sultan Ahmed Mosque or famously known as the Blue Mosque, is an Ottoman-era historical imperial mosque located in Istanbul! What amazes me is about the over 20,000 bluish tiles that were used to adorn the interior and the hundreds of stained glass windows with beautiful designs that allow sunlight to creep in during the day and light the interior of the mosque.

Even If I couldn’t go inside I felt the goosebumps by looking this amazing mosque. Definitely worth to visit. Is a gem for Istanbul! Highly recommend to visit it night time too. Located in sultanahmet square with Hagia Sophia opposite side.

The mosque gets its nickname from the stunning blue tiles that adorn its interior, creating a mesmerizing atmosphere. The grand architecture, with its domes and minarets, is a sight to behold. Visitors can explore the mosque and experience its peaceful ambiance. Just remember to dress modestly and remove your shoes before entering. The Blue Mosque is an Ottoman-era historical imperial mosque. It is one of the most iconic and popular monuments of Ottoman architecture. We visited it internally and we had an interesting conversation with islam informers.

When you come to Turkey, you must go to Istanbul, and when you come to Istanbul, you must go to the Blue Mosque 🕌️, which is the Sultan Ahmed Mosque. Our hotel 🏨 was specially selected near the mosque, because many well-known attractions are nearby, and it is very convenient to visit. Blue Mosque is free, but if you want to enter, men can't wear short shorts too short, women need to wear a hijab, there are some small vendors at the door to sell the hijab, but you don't need to buy it, because the mosque will be provided for free. You need to take off your shoes to enter the temple. There are special shoe racks in the temple. The floor is covered with clean carpets. Tourists and churchgoers will sit on the floor and wait for prayer time. The mosque has a fixed prayer time several times a day. During this period, tourists should not enter. We were in time for prayer when we first went, so we didn't get inside. There are books in various languages in the mosque to introduce the relevant history. At night the mosque will turn on pink lights, especially conspicuous by the light of the night, like a beacon of hope, shining on Istanbul.
