The Cathedral of the Virgin of the Virgin of the Catholic Diocese of Hong Kong, located on Ken Road, Central, Hong Kong, was completed in 1888. The Cathedral can hold more than 1,000 people and now holds several masss every Sunday, as well as weddings for the church members. The church was repaired in 2002 and was awarded the 2003 UNESCO Asia Pacific Heritage Conservation Award. The Virgin Cathedral is a Goethe-style design, built of brick and stone, the cathedral is asymmetrical cross shape, the right is shorter than the left, the building is 82 meters long, 42 meters wide, high23.7 meters, supported by 38 granite pillars, and the central minarets are 10 meters high. The main altar is located in the middle, and the Catholic Diocese of Hong Kong is seated on the southwest side of the altar, which is also named for the church. The cathedral has four chapels, including the "Cathedral of the Sacred Heart", "Cathedral of Saint Antony", "Cathedral of Suffering" and "Cathedral of Saint Joseph". Three of them were former objects of the Church of Wellington Street. The cathedral has been rebuilt many times over the years, and the cathedral was added with stained glass windows in 1923. During World War II, a Japanese shell damaged a stone pillar behind the church on December 12, 1941. After the war, the church built a minaret and a large cross at the top of the church in the 1950s, while the church side facing the porch of the hard road was demolished in the 1970s. In 1954, when the Year of the Virgin was celebrated, Hong Kong Catholic students donated to buy a wooden statue of the Virgin without original sin, which is now placed on the central wall of the church; and another statue of the Virgin is placed in the "Mount of the Virgin" outside the east entrance. In 1985, stained glass windows were added. When the geometric patterned painted glass of the "Suffering Chapel" was renovated in 2002, it was replaced by a stained glass window designed by Zhang Qikai with the theme of 120 "Chinese Martyrs".

Sometimes I go to the strong road and walk into the church of God's mother to kill, and the mood must be completely different. May the Lord be with you forever. PRAY FOR OUR PLANET !

Down the road from the Taiping Mountains, the torrential rain is not interested in visiting the animal and botanical gardens nearby, and the pure white Notre Dame Innocent Catholic Church adjacent to the primary school has a magnificent appearance, exquisite sculpture, standing quietly on the mountain, people can not help but look forward to, the interior is also very magnificent, heart-born beauty.

Although the address is at No. 16 Jiandao, it can't be seen at all. When you reach the end of Jiandao, turn into a mountain path and walk for a while, you can see a hidden corner of the church on the slope. It's really deep. The church is quite simple in appearance and not luxurious in interior, but quite exquisite. A huge cross of Jesus hung in mid-air. There were several chapels and many confession rooms. Such a scale is certainly not comparable to many churches in Europe, but it is good for Hong Kong. There are also large organs in the upper space.

A very solemn and beautiful church, in addition to mass, is also a place where many new people choose to be here to witness the wedding ceremony, and many people come here to take pictures.

The Cathedral of Notre Dame's Innocence was founded in 1842 on Wellington Street in Central. The church was destroyed by fire and was sold to businesses in 1886 and demolished. The existing Notre Dame Innocence Cathedral was purchased in 1881, laid the cornerstone in 1883 and completed in 1888. The first sacrifice was held on the eve of Notre Dame's Innocence Day on December 7, 1888. The cost of the cathedral was HK$120,000 at that time. Over the years, after many renovations, stained glass windows were added to the hall in 1923. During World War II, a Japanese artillery shell destroyed a stone pillar behind the church on December 12, 1941. After the war, in the 1950s the church built steeple in the centre and large cross on the top, while the portico facing the main road on the side of the church was demolished in the 1970s when the parish centre was built. In the year of Notre Dame in 1954, Catholic students in Hong Kong donated money to buy a woodcut statue of the innocent Virgin, which is now on the central wall of the church. In 1985, stained glass windows were added. Hong Kong Post introduced commemorative stamps to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the building's completion in 1988.
