Hidden behind the Dublin Castle, though small, you can see from the map that the pattern on the lawn is Ireland's most distinctive geometric shape.

The best kept secret of calmness in Dublin city centre. Relax and unwind in this gorgeous park as the city bustles behind you.

A hidden gem. Located near to Stephen's green, it is almost a secret park and one which not many seem to know about. A lovely spot to sit a read your book, or to bring your lunch too. Less busy than Stephen's green, but still centrally located. Its a lovely, quiet little place to stop by.

Tucked away so that few people discover it. The approach is via Harcourt Street. Worth a walk through, especially in summer as it is beautiful. There are live music events in the summer.

Most Dubliners don't know about this public park. It's about five minutes from the beautiful but crowded St. Stephen's Green. On a warm day you'll see people sunbathing and eating lunch on the grass. The last time I was there I noticed that some people will nod knowingly at you, a gesture of the sort you'd expect to see from someone leaving a speakeasy.
