Tiancheng Temple is located under Cuiping Mountain, north of Lotus Ling, Panshan Scenic Area, Zhangzhou District, Tianjin. It is on the edge of the up and down mountain trail. Tiancheng Temple is an important attraction in Panshan Tourist Area. Tiancheng Temple, located in Panshanxia Pan District, the old famous Tiancheng Fushan Temple, also known as "Tiancheng Fajie", is known as Jingdong with the unique landscape of "Aoxue". It was built in Tang Dynasty, and the Liaoning, Ming and Qing generations have been expanded and rebuilt. The main buildings are Daxiong Palace, Jiangshan Yilan Pavilion, Ancient Buddha Sheli Tower, Woyun Building, etc. The river and mountains are the first view of the pavilion, originally built by the Qianlong emperor as a substitute for the monk Yunhai Mage; the Woyunlou is named for the "colored clouds through the window".

Under Cuiping Peak, beside the entrance of Luohan Garden, the building is very new. It is tiled on a flat ground on the mountainside, and there is a tall golden Sheli Tower at one end. There is also a group of buildings with a promenade yard under the temple. I don’t know if it is also owned by Tiancheng Temple. The mountain peach blossoms and magnolias there are very good blooming.
