Treasure Rock settlement, located in the south side of Xiaoguanyin Mountain at the southwest end of Zhongzheng District, Taipei City, Taiwan, is named after the Buddha Temple Treasure Rock Guanyin Pavilion. Although the treasure rock is not big, the total area is only 3.97 hectares. But it has a special humanistic landscape such as the village of Jianye after the post-war period, and its proximity to the ramp intertwined by Fuhe Bridge, Keelung Road viaduct and Water Rapid Road, forming an image of ancient and modern photography. The concept of "population symbiosis" is introduced into the "treasure home", "village-residence plan" and "youth club", and the practice of art and common construction is used to activate the preservation of treasure rock, creating a diverse and rich appearance of the settlement. Treasure Rock International Art Village has built a media platform between the residents and the village-based artists, injecting new vitality into Treasure Rock.
