The Vasa Museum is dedicated to exhibiting a wreck of the Vasa salvaged from the sea floor. The tickets are expensive, but they are still worth seeing. The museum displays the world's only well-preserved wreck of the 17th century, built under the orders of King Gustav II of Sweden. Unfortunately, on her first voyage, the ship was sunk in strong winds and waves. It was not until 1961 that it was salvaged and fully repaired. The ship is very beautiful. There are many carvings on it, just like works of art.
